At glup, customer service is our priority. Whether you are an individual or a shop, you are first a client. Our products are made with high-quality fabrics by people who are committed to providing the highest standards of quality, BUT, if for one reason or another you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return or exchange it up to 30 days from the date of purchase. In Canada, your exchanged item will be delivered free of charge. However initial shipping fees as well as return shipping is non-refundable.

How do I return or exchange an item? First email us at info@glup-bebe.com or call 514 464-2024. All items must be returned to our head office at 3329 Dalbé-Viau, Montréal QC  H8T 3N2 at your cost.

If a product is defective, we will include a prepaid envelope with your exchange so that you may return it to us at not cost to you.

Please be advised that damaged items due to accidents, neglect or failure to respect glup’s care instructions or use instructions cannot be returned or exchanged.
